Effect:
Make the President, Monarch or any other
face on a bill of money, appear to frown and then smile.
Solution:

Make one fold along the corners
of the eyes and mouth on each side of the bill.

Bend the area between the folds
so that there appears to be a concave or "U" shape
in the middle of the face.

Tilt the bill back and forth and
you should see the face smiling and frowning. See example below.
